P.S. despite the owners response below, if you opened your key account at a different location, they WILL charge you $2.50 every time you use a "non regional" Key bank ATM. I have never heard of this practice. The response below shows they did not even read my review. Stay away.

This bank is extremely dishonest. They will charge you $2.50 to withdraw money from other "Regional" Key Bank ATMs. They will also charge you $3.00 a month for paper billing even if you turn it off. Credit unions are far more honest. Stay away! I actually contacted the BBB regarding false charges from this bank.
